Job Description: Yum Brands is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As the Online Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online live chat platform, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online live chat platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and issues - Train and supervise a team of chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and compliance with company policies - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in online customer service or chat management - Resilient and confident personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Proficiency in chat software and customer service tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Benefits: - Relocation allowance for qualified candidates - Free food at Yum Brands restaurants - Profit sharing opportunities Working Environment: At Yum Brands, we uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.
