Online Live Chat Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a resourceful and dedicated Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team at J.C. Penney in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities: - Provide online live chat support to customers, assisting with inquiries, product information, and order processing - Utilize a variety of tools and resources to provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Monitor and analyze customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of online chat strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Adaptability to changing priorities and customer needs - Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with team members and other departments - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Experience in e-commerce or retail customer service is preferred Benefits: - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Life insurance - Visa sponsorship for eligible candidates Working Environment: At J.C.
