Online, Inventory and Retail Support ManagerThis role is based predominantly in the Marlow head office in Eden Terrace. Monday - Friday with a minimum of 10 hours per week spent in retail stores - Milford, Mount Maunganui, Ponsonby and any other locations Marlow may open in the future.Key Responsibilities:Inventory and stock management across all Marlow Sales channels (Retail, Wholesale, Digital)Onboarding and Training retail staff to ensure Marlow policies are met and adhered to, plus ongoing retail training of store standardsOnline Customer Service and DispatchWork closely with Directors to monitor stock levels across the warehouse and storesContribute to creating efficient processes and procedures for Marlow inventoryConduct regular inventory reconciliationsInvestigate and correct inventory discrepanciesEnter into Vend and manage various inputs into the system - landed prices, RRPs and style information.Follow up on customer pre-purchases from all storesManage faulty/repairs and seconds from stores and customersRespond to emails and answer phone calls from stores regarding stock queriesProviding feedback to management on stock levels, bestsellers and consumer feedbackPrint and barcode all products then process transfers to each department or storeOrganisation of the warehouse and incoming/outgoing deliveriesProducing inventory reports and participating in weekly team meetingsManage and run warehouse sales to ensure smooth and successful operationKey stock into Vend accurately to ensure product information and inventory is correctManage warehouse and store stock takes and report back on discrepanciesPick/pack wholesale ordersQC and manage returns/faulty itemsRetail Support:Be the go-to person for all retail queriesOnboard all new Marlow team members, training them on store process, stock and "The Marlow Way"Ensure store standards are met and followed, and all stores are clean, tidy and well-presented at all timesConduct store visits to review standards and follow up with feedback and reports on findings for continuous improvementsMerchandising stores - produce VM displays weekly for stores, send them out from HQ using the showroom displays or mock-up store and send them out to stores to replicateStore manuals and documents - create new manuals and ensure all older manuals are updated and printed copies are provided for each store.Process staff sales & Marlow MoneySend out product overviews; replenishment, recuts, updatesCommunicate to retail teams on deliveries and head office updatesOnline Customer Service and Dispatch:Online Customer service - reply to customer queries, answer emails, and process refunds and returns.Be available on the online chat function to answer customers and drive salesPick and pack ordersProcess refunds via Shopify and AfterpayFollow up on issues with orders and fulfilment across stores.Ensure products are online with correct inventory and stock loaded against themSend out pre-orders and follow up on customer out-of-stock notifications daily.Requirements/What you will bring:You are an orderly person with high attention to detail and the ability to manage timelinesYou can juggle priorities and multi-taskYou have excellent communication and people skills and are a highly collaborative team playerLike us, you love customers and will go above and beyond for themA genuine love for Marlow products!Natural ability in creating customer relationships - you love connecting with people!Possess good people skills and have an outgoing, bubbly personalityBe self-motivated, positive and enthusiasticHave excellent communication skillsHave the ability to build solid and long-term relationships with customersDemonstrate great organisation, planning and time management skillsStrong work ethic with a can-do attitudeAble to work independently plus be part of a small close-knit team
