Online Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Staples is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and a proven track record of driving online sales and engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and sales
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics to track the success of digital marketing efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of online marketing channels and tactics
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other digital marketing tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient and driven personality traits
- Ability to think innovatively and work cooperatively with others
