Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Markel in Auckland, New Zealand. As a fulltime Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing. The Online Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to drive traffic and engagement to our website.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive online traffic and engagement
- Analyze key metrics and optimize strategies to improve performance
- Manage social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams to create content for online channels
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead in the market
- Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices
- Collaborate with external agencies to maximize digital marketing efforts
- Manage online advertising campaigns and budget allocation
- Track and report on the performance of online marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years of experience
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic planning skills to develop effective marketing campaigns
