Key Responsibilities: Customer Support & Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various online channels including email, chat, and social media.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding UGI products and services, addressing customer concerns and questions effectively.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
Customer Success Management: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure they leverage UGI's solutions to their fullest potential.
Monitor customer usage and satisfaction to identify opportunities for improvement or expansion of services.
Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their experience and identify any potential issues.
Problem-Solving & Research: Troubleshoot customer issues and work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve any complex queries.
Utilize research skills to gather information and provide customized solutions or resources to customers.
Feedback & Improvement: Collect and analyze customer feedback to provide insights for product improvement and service enhancements.
Collaborate with the Product Development and Marketing teams to convey customer insights and help shape future offerings.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
Assist in creating and updating online documentation, FAQs, and support materials for customers.
Requirements: Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a customer service or customer success role, preferably in an online or remote environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
Personality Traits: Highly motivated with a strong drive to succeed in supporting and enhancing the customer experience.
Resourceful in finding innovative solutions to customer problems.
Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently within cross-functional teams.
Strong research abilities to find the best answers and solutions for customer queries.
