Job Description: Crown Holdings is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our online customers. This role requires someone who is independent, resilient, and possesses strong research and communication skills.
