Job Description:

Steel Dynamics is seeking a passionate and resilient Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Nelson, New Zealand. As a Mid-to-Senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer success or a related field, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our online customers through effective communication, planning, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer success strategies to help customers achieve their desired outcomes- Build strong relationships with customers to increase retention and loyalty- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and drive product enhancements- Provide training and support to customers on our products and services- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Manage customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of complaints- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field- 8+ years of experience in customer success or a related field- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Excellent planning and organizational abilities- Passion for helping customers succeed- Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment- Ability to adapt to change and work effectively under pressure
