Job Description: Silver Fern Farms is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer success or a relevant field, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our online customers. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online customer experience and drive customer retention. 2. Proactively engage with customers to address their needs and provide solutions to any issues they may encounter. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to online customers. 4. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Serve as the primary point of contact for online customers, building strong relationships and trust. 6. Monitor key performance indicators related to customer success and provide regular reports to senior management. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer success to continuously improve our strategies. Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Creative problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6.
