Job Description:

Marathon Petroleum is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong drive and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with online customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention
- Lead and manage projects related to customer success initiatives
- Provide training and support to internal teams on best practices for online customer management
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer success metrics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
- Driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
