Job Description: Computer Sciences is seeking an experienced and driven Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ.
As a mid-to-senior level position, the successful candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience in customer success or a related field.
Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for our online customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
Provide ongoing training and support to customers to maximize their use of our platform.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and drive revenue growth.
Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed to ensure a positive outcome.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in a customer success role, preferably in the online technology industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity and strong analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Must be willing to travel and incur related expenses as needed.
