Guide customers through online platforms and digital tools, ensuring a seamless experience. - **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Prepare reports on common issues and customer feedback to assist in service improvement. - **Product Knowledge:** Stay informed about all Energy Transfer Equity products and services to effectively assist customers. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and service skills. - **Cross-Departmental Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments to escalate customer issues that require further assistance, ensuring a holistic approach to problem-solving. - **Feedback Participation:** Gather customer feedback and insights to help the company refine and innovate its services.
