**Requirements:** - Minimum of 4 years of experience in an online customer service role or related field.

- Highly resourceful, with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional language skills being a plus.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and online communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team, managing time effectively in a part-time role.
