Job Description: Biomatters, a leading biotechnology company based in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ, is seeking a talented and experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service management. Responsibilities:- Manage online customer service operations, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction- Oversee a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed- Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer service processes and systems- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience- Strong motivation and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail- Ability to lead and motivate a team- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools- Experience with online customer service platforms and social media channels Benefits:- Paid sick leave- Profit sharing opportunities- Travel and spending expenses covered- Opportunities for professional development and advancement Working Environment:At Biomatters, we embrace diversity and strive to create an inclusive culture that values and respects all perspectives.
