Online Customer Service Co-OrdinatorApply now Job no: 512603 Work type: Christmas Casual Location: North Island - New Zealand Categories: Store Operations, Contact Centre The RoleThe JB Hi-Fi Online Team are now on the lookout for Peak Season Casuals to join our Customer Service Team in a temporary casual capacity for the busy Christmas period.
The role of a Customer Service Agent will primarily involve taking inbound calls, providing support in Live Chat and answering emails from customers who require assistance with a new or existing online orders, and to help deliver effective solutions for any issues that may arise.
The purpose of this role is to provide a high level of customer service to the end users (customers) and foster a positive shopping experience with the aim of creating loyal JB Hi-Fi fans.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Working collaboratively as part of a team in delivering a positive experience for our online customers Effectively resolving customer complaints and queries via phone/email/live chatOrder management including cancellations, refunds, and replacements Liaising with couriers and store staff regarding orders and deliveries Please note, the Online team operate seven (7) days a week.
Therefore, successful applicants will be required to work rotating rosters (including weekends) to meet operational requirements and will be based in our Support Office in Wairau Park.About You If you are a driven and motivated Customer Service extraordinaire who will relish the opportunity to be involved in a fast-paced team environment then we want to talk to you!
