Jones Financial is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Assistant in Nelson, NZ. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. As an Online Customer Service Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients through online channels. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring a positive customer experience at all times. Key responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner- Providing accurate information about our products and services- Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Monitoring online channels for customer feedback and addressing any issues that arise- Assisting with online sales and promotions as needed- Providing support to the Customer Service team as necessary Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role- Motivated and passionate about providing excellent customer service- Excellent presentation and people management skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency with online communication tools and platforms- High attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed Benefits of working at Jones Financial include provided company equipment, parental leave, and paid overtime opportunities.
