Invivo Wines is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Nelson, NZ. Answer customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone regarding our products, services, and promotions.2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.3. Process orders and provide shipping information to customers.4. Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback.5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote new products and initiatives.6. Assist with website maintenance and updates, including product listings and pricing.7.
