Job Description: Henry Schein is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ.
As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the Online Contact Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online contact center, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities: 1.
Manage a team of online customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance of the online contact center, including monitoring key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
3.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
4.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online channels.
5.
Conduct regular training sessions for online customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
6.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service to continuously improve the contact center operations.
7.
Analyze data and generate reports to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements: 1.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in online customer service or contact center management.
2.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
3.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4.
Resourceful and confident in making decisions under pressure.
5.
High emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities.
6.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms.
