In this role, you will play a critical part in managing client interactions, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping to foster long-lasting relationships. You will be responsible for handling inquiries across various channels, ensuring that our clients receive accurate information and support promptly. --- #### **Key Responsibilities:** - **Client Interaction Management:** - Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound contacts via phone, email, and live chat to address client inquiries and issues in a timely manner. - Provide accurate and relevant information about our products and services to prospective and existing clients. - **Technical Support:** - Assist clients with basic technical difficulties related to Seequent software platforms and escalate complex issues to senior technical support when necessary. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure a thorough understanding of products and effectively communicate solutions to clients. - **Record-Keeping and Reporting:** - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. - Prepare regular reports on client interactions and common inquiries to aid in improving service processes. - **Relationship Building:** - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and feedback to enhance their experience. - Actively follow up with clients after support calls to ensure satisfaction and encourage recurring business. - **Collaboration and Teamwork:** - Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to communicate client needs and feedback for continuous improvement. - Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and service enhancements. - **Training and Development:** - Stay updated on the latest product developments, industry trends, and customer service best practices to provide the best possible service. - Assist in training new team members and sharing knowledge gained through experience. --- #### **Qualifications:** - **Experience:** - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role, preferably within the technology or software industries. - **Education:** - A degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or a related field is preferred. - **Skills:** - Strong negotiation and cooperation skills to effectively resolve client concerns and facilitate positive outcomes. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - **Personality Traits:** - Driven: A proactive approach to achieving personal and team goals. - Resourceful: Ability to navigate challenges creatively and efficiently. --- #### **Benefits:** - Relocation allowance for candidates moving to Auckland. - Complimentary gym membership to promote personal wellbeing. - Access to free food in the office to keep you energized throughout the day. --- #### **Working Environment:** At Seequent, we embrace creativity and innovation, fostering a culture that values fresh ideas and inventive solutions.
