The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and engagement by creating, managing, and optimizing digital content across various platforms. ### Responsibilities: - **Content Creation & Management:** - Develop, write, and edit engaging content for Citigroup's social media channels, blog, and website. - Ensure all online materials align with Citigroup's brand messaging and communication strategies. - **Social Media Strategy:** - Assist in executing social media campaigns and initiatives that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. - Monitor social media activity and interact with followers to foster a positive online community. - **Performance Analysis:** - Track and measure the performance of digital communication efforts using analytics tools. - Prepare regular reports detailing audience engagement, content performance, and suggestions for improvement. - **Collaboration & Coordination:** - Work closely with the marketing team to align efforts across content initiatives and campaigns. - Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary content and feedback for projects. - **Stakeholder Communication:** - Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding online communications. - Assist in developing and distributing regular updates to key stakeholders on ongoing projects. - **Project Management:** - Help manage deadlines and workflows for various communication projects, ensuring timely and quality deliverables. - Develop project timelines and assist in organizing tasks and milestones. - **Research & Trend Monitoring:** - Stay updated on the latest digital communication trends and best practices. - Conduct competitor research to identify opportunities for content and campaign enhancements. ### Requirements: - **Educational Background:** - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred. - **Experience:** - A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in online communications, social media management, or digital marketing. - **Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms. - Basic knowledge of SEO principles and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights). - **Personality Traits:** - Dedicated: A strong commitment to high-quality work and continuous improvement. - Motivated: A self-starter with a passion for online communication and engagement. - **Soft Skills:** - Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. ### Benefits: - Paid overtime - Remote work flexibility - Paid sick leave ### Working Environment: Citigroup is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.
