The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in client service roles, demonstrating a solid grasp of managing client expectations and resolving issues promptly.
### Responsibilities: - **Client Communication:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for online client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses to emails, chats, and calls.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Problem-Solving:** - Analyze client issues and develop effective solutions while liaising with internal teams to resolve queries or complaints.
- Monitor and track issues to ensure follow-up and resolution, maintaining internal documentation for process improvement.
- **Data Management:** - Utilize CRM systems efficiently to document interactions, track service requests, and report on client feedback.
- Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, assess service effectiveness, and recommend improvements for client service processes.
- **Team Collaboration:** - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and support the training of junior staff when necessary.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and strategies regarding client servicing.
- **Autonomy and Independence:** - Work autonomously to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

### Requirements: - **Experience:** - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service role or related field, with experience in logistics or supply chain management preferred.
- **Education:** - A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field is advantageous.
- **Skills:** - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
