Online Client Relations Officer

Spark New Zealand is currently seeking a passionate and driven Online Client Relations Officer to join our team in Wellington on a part-time basis. As an Online Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients through various online platforms. Your primary duties will include responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, providing accurate information about our products and services, and maintaining a positive online reputation for the company. You will also be expected to analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role. You must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to think critically and analytically. A strong understanding of online communication platforms and social media is also essential.
