This role is pivotal to our commitment to providing excellent client service and fostering strong relationships with our online clientele.
The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure a seamless communication experience for our clients, enhancing their overall satisfaction with our products and services.
#### Key Responsibilities - **Client Communication:** Serve as the primary point of contact for online clients, responding to inquiries, concerns, and feedback via email, social media, and live chat channels in a timely and professional manner.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify and resolve client issues effectively, utilizing problem-solving skills to ensure that client needs are met promptly.
This includes managing inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and product information.
- **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by actively engaging with them and understanding their needs.
Use CRM tools to track client interactions and follow up on inquiries, ensuring a personalized experience.
- **Content Creation:** Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for online platforms, including newsletters, blogs, and social media posts, aimed at promoting client engagement and retention.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gathering and analyzing client feedback to provide insights into areas for improvement in our services and online presence.
- **Reporting and Analysis:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions and assist in the preparation of reports on client satisfaction metrics, helping to identify trends and opportunities for service enhancement.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to facilitate seamless cross-departmental communication and service delivery.
- **Training Support:** Assist in training new team members on client relations policies and best practices to ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience.
#### Requirements - **Education & Experience:** - A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client relations or customer service role, preferably in an online environment.
- A degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
- **Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communication tools.
