This part-time position is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for client relations and a talent for fostering strong, productive relationships in a digital environment.
As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our clients while contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
### **Key Responsibilities:** - **Client Engagement:** Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally while maintaining an inviting and amicable online presence.
Ensure all client communications adhere to the company's brand voice and values.
- **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and follow-up, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
- **Issue Resolution:** Act as the primary point of contact for resolving client concerns and issues.
Utilize problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence to navigate difficult conversations and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM software.
Generate reports on client feedback and trends to present to management for review and action.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and a unified approach to client engagement and service delivery.
- **Client Education:** Create and disseminate educational content, such as FAQs, tutorials, and newsletters, to help clients understand our services and foster their engagement with the Anthem platform.
- **Process Improvement:** Identify and recommend enhancements to internal processes and workflows that can improve client service delivery and overall operational efficiency.
### **Requirements:** - **Education & Experience:** - A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role, preferably in an online environment.
- A relevant degree or qualification in business, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
- **Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong digital communication skills, with a solid understanding of social media platforms.
- **Personality Traits:** - Hardworking and motivated, with a strong desire to make a positive impact within the team and for clients.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- **Soft Skills:** - High emotional intelligence to foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage multiple client requests efficiently and prioritize effectively.
