As an Online Call Center Specialist, you will be the front-line representative helping our customers with their inquiries, ensuring they experience the best possible service we offer.
### Responsibilities - **Customer Interactions:** Engage with customers via various online platforms (chat, emails, social media) to understand and resolve inquiries, concerns, and requests related to products, services, and company policies.
- **Order Management:** Assist customers with order placements, track shipping status, process returns, and handle exchanges efficiently while ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.
- **Problem Resolution:** Listen actively to customer concerns and develop effective solutions, apply critical thinking, and demonstrate resourcefulness in resolving intricate issues.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Tractor Supply's inventory, product specifications, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Sales Support:** Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs, contributing to overall sales objectives.
- **Data Entry and Management:** Accurately log customer interactions, inquiries, and outcomes in the customer relationship management (CRM) system and ensure all records are current and comprehensive.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless flow of information and support enhanced customer experiences.
- **Feedback and Improvement:** Gather feedback from customers regarding their service experience and suggest improvements for team and process enhancement.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge, service skills, and technology usage to enhance customer interactions.
### Requirements - **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with call center technology is a plus.
