Job Description:McDonald's is seeking a motivated and hardworking Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As the Online Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online call center, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.Responsibilities:Manage a team of online call center representatives, providing guidance and support as neededMonitor call center metrics and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutionsDevelop and implement training programs for call center staff to ensure high-quality customer serviceHandle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional mannerCollaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channelsStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer serviceRequirements:7 years of experience in a call center or customer service roleStrong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a teamExcellent communication and decision-making skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyExperience with call center software and CRM systemsBachelor's degree in a related field preferredPersonality Traits:MotivatedHardworkingSoft Skills:CooperationDecision-makingBenefits:Training & professional development opportunitiesFree foodVisa sponsorship for eligible candidatesWorking Environment:At McDonald's, we encourage a culture of ongoing learning and development for personal and professional growth.
