Job Description: Computer Sciences is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As the Online Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our online call center, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficiency. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the online call center, including monitoring call volume, scheduling staff, and ensuring service level agreements are met. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and increase efficiency within the call center. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Train, mentor, and coach call center staff to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional service to customers. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and escalate as needed. 6. Handle escalated customer calls and resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management. Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in a call center management role. 2. Resourceful and driven with a strong passion for customer service. 3. Excellent leadership and decision-making skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5.
