Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:Textron is seeking a dedicated and independent individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable Associate in Auckland, NZ. As part of the Accounts Payable team, you will be responsible for processing online payments in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:- Process online payments using the company's accounting software- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies- Ensure all payments are made accurately and on time- Maintain accurate records of transactions- Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues- Assist with month-end closing procedures as needed

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field- Strong attention to detail and excellent decision-making skills- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
