Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for online account inquiries, providing responsive, accurate, and timely support to clients via digital channels including email, chat, and phone.
Account Management: Monitor and manage client accounts proactively, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate. Assist clients with account setup, updates, and troubleshooting.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues and complaints effectively in a professional manner, demonstrating active listening and problem-solving skills.
Technical Assistance: Facilitate the navigation and functionality of online platforms, demonstrating proficiency in the technology utilized by clients. Provide training and guidance on platform tools and functions when necessary.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and operations, to enhance client experience and improve internal processes.
Feedback and Reporting: Collect and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare reports for management on client issues and resolutions.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in online client support technology to help optimize processes and enhance service offerings.
Training and Mentorship: Assist in training new team members, sharing knowledge, and providing support to foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in account support, customer service, or a related role, preferably in financial services.
Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills with experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and online account platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
