Onion Seed Harvesters

LeaderBrand South Island Ltd is part of a large progressive horticultural business based in Chertsey (about 20 minutes north of Ashburton), growing broccoli, asparagus and courgettes for the domestic market, along with other seed crop goodies.
About The RoleLBSI is seeking about 60 energetic employees to harvest onion seeds from about 20 December 2024 for around six days, while still enjoying the statutory days off. The actual start date will be dependent on the seed, with the successful candidates being notified closer to the time. Groups of friends or sports teams are welcome to apply. No experience is required as full training will be given.
About YouTo apply for this role you must be:
16 years of age and overphysically fithave your own transportStart time will be 7am and approximately 8 1/2 hours each day.
You will need to bring your own lunch, drink bottle (water is available), hat, and closed comfortable shoes.
