The remuneration range for this role is $88,627 to $107,600 and is covered by the collective agreement – Allied, Public Health, Scientific & Technical Collective Agreement.

About the Role
This position involves working with consumer groups and the community and is focused on assisting individuals and their families/whanau to deal with the psychosocial impacts of a cancer diagnosis and treatment.
About the Team/Service/Location
We work collaboratively with the Regional cancer service and other cancer psychologists and social workers to coordinate assessments and services for those dealing with a cancer diagnosis.
About You
Hold a bachelor's degree in social work, Board and registration with SWRB, and a current APC.
Recognised by and registered with the New Zealand Social Work Registration.
Current APC.
Competency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori, or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth.
Experience in projects/initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principles and frameworks, and the application of Matauranga Maori and Kaupapa Maori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.
