About the role: As an Onboarding Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide services to our advisers so that NZFSG remains the prominent group of choice for independent mortgage and insurance advisers. This includes the onboarding of new advisers together with provision of services to all existing advisers. You should have excellent customer service skills, be able to work autonomously but also thrive in a team environment.
Key tasks and responsibilities: Assessment and completion of Member applications for accreditation. Necessity to be delivered in an accurate and timely manner.Thorough understanding of compliance and licencing requirementsEnsuring all Members are meeting industry requirementsVarious tasks relating to Professional Indemnity Insurance requirements for MembersAssist in administering system support to internal and external clientsAnswer commission queries in liaison with suppliersMembers levy enquiries and maintenanceMaintain and update Members informationExit process for adviser's leaving the groupCollating / batching / storing of online documentationAccountability to meeting service level requirementsContinued updating of procedure guides to document processesAssisting the wider teams and other duties as requiredSkills and experience you'll bring to the role: 2 years+ experience in lending, insurance or financial servicesAdministration experience - relative to the industryCompliance or risk management experience with knowledge and understanding of relevant New Zealand regulations for financial advisersKnowledge or experience of Financial Advice Provider (FAP's) and/or the adviser industryExcellent skills in working collaborativelyStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate and convey complex information to a diverse group of stakeholders. Attention to detail, analytical capability and investigative skills.
