Location: Milford, UT Salary Range: $95,000-$110,000/annual Job Site: 1345 N. HWY 257 Milford, UT
Estimated Duration of Job: 26 Months; temporary position with potential for permanent employment as other contracts are negotiated.

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced On-Site Superintendent that will oversee and coordinate the construction activities on the job site, ensuring the project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role will be overseeing all trades workers throughout the execution phase of the project. The Superintendent will work alongside the team, providing hands-on guidance and support while maintaining a productive and safe work environment.

Coordinate work schedules and assignments. Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise. Maintain clear and effective communication with the Project Manager. Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project requirements. Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites and vehicles. Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Other job-related responsibilities as assigned. Required skills and qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Valid Drivers License Physical ability and strength to perform labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions. Advanced knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and safety procedures. Strong leadership and good communication skills. Willingness to learn and take on new tasks. Prior experience in construction or a related field; required. Strong work ethic and reliability.
