Seasonal and casual roles available in a variety of NZ locations
Great opportunity to join a progressive organisation driving the future of dairy in NZ.
The season generally runs from July/August through until April/May the following year.

About The Role Our On Farm Assists travel to and from dairy farms throughout the region to provide our farmers with much-needed support on farm.

No two days will be the same - you will assist with a range of different on-farm activities such as herd test support during milking, DNA sampling, herd audits and weighing animals - just to name a few.

About You Our ideal candidates will:

Have a positive 'can do' attitude, and learn quickly
Have excellent customer service and communication skills
Have excellent time management skills and a strong attention to detail
Be physically fit and active
Be self-motivated and professional
Hold a current, full drivers' licence (essential)
Have the right to work in NZ immediately (essential)
The ideal person will be someone who has a hands-on approach, knowledge of, and empathy for the New Zealand dairy industry. An integral part of this role will be interacting with farmers and field-based staff to ensure LIC delivers a quality service.
