We are currently seeking an experienced Operator Technician to join our team, working for a dynamic and growing client on a Petrochemical production site in Stratford, Taranaki.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, positive, and work well within a team, with a background of 5+ years' experience in petrochemical production operations.
Our ideal candidate will have the following skill set and experience: Control room, DCS, Control systems Permit Issuer qualified and experienced Excellent communication and computer skills Strong petrochemical experience, including the operation and process of reciprocating compressors, gas engines, refrigeration, three phase oil separation, high pressure water injection, power generation, gas treatment, well site operations, well artificial lift systems, pigging, etc.
Be comfortable working both day and night shifts, in the field and control room as required Must hold a full clean NZ driver's license, have experience with, and hold Common Permit to Work qualifications, and will ideally hold: Dangerous Goods License Endorsement Hiab and forklift training On Scene Commander qualified and/or emergency management training First Aid NZQA pipeline units and/or Enchem qualifications #J-18808-Ljbffr
