About the Role: Our client, a highly regarded tech leader across Australasia, is seeking an Office and Sales Support Manager.
This is a pivotal role designed to provide professional, proactive, and efficient administrative support to the sales team.
The role will enable the business to deliver superior customer service and achieve its revenue targets while serving as the key office and event liaison within a small, dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities: Lease Documentation & Sales Administration: Prepare lease quotes and assist with customer credit applications.
Manage AML compliance processes and prepare lease contract documentation.
Oversee PPSR registrations, amendments, and discharges.
Facilitate the lease transaction settlement process and manage customer file records.
Liaise with funders for lease payout quotations and manage vendor invoices.
Assist with customer sales proposals and reporting processes.
Handle general customer queries and support collection activities.
Office Duties: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and greet visitors.
Manage mail sorting, courier arrangements, and general office supplies.
Liaise with subcontractors and manage facilities.
Travel & Event Planning: Book staff travel and coordinate special events, including the annual internal conference.
Other Duties: Participate in assigned projects, contributing to business process and systems improvement.
Collaborate with all team members to ensure consistency in service delivery.
Key Skills & Attributes: Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and adaptable to learning proprietary systems.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A calm, solution-oriented demeanor, even under pressure.
Experience in coordinating meetings and events.
Qualifications & Experience: 3-5 years of experience in support roles, ideally within Finance, Banking, or Legal sectors.
