Office of Grants Administration - Senior Assistant Director / Assistant Director (Coordinating Offices) Job Description The Office of Grants Administration serves to provide oversight in grants management and compliance, in order to promote effective stewardship of RIE funds managed by A*STAR as an Implementing Agency or as a Grant Intermediary. The AD/SAD role involves oversees the coordination of A*STAR Coordinating Offices managing specific themes funded under RIE, and includes, but is not limited to, the following: Formulating, reviewing and refining of policies and processes for effective management and running of coordinating offices, in alignment with OGA's SOPs/SWIs/Policies, as well as other relevant grant policies, terms & conditions, and guidelines. Providing consultation, guidance and training for larger Coordinating Offices on pre-award and post-award grants management. Managing a team to run grants for smaller Coordinating Offices. Conducting periodic process audits of Coordinating Offices with grants functions. Tracking of Coordinating Offices' budget commitments and cash utilisations. Requirements Good tertiary degree Minimum 3 years' experience in public sector governance/grants administration Strong problem solving, analytical and systems thinking abilities required Experience in managing operations teams is an advantage Experience in grants management and administration is an advantage Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in data analytics and visualisation tools (R/Python/Tableau/PowerBI) will be an advantage Able to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
