**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Administrative Support:** Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and team members, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- **Office Coordination:** Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and organized remote work environment, including managing virtual meetings and coordinating team activities.
- **Financial Management:** Assist with budgeting, invoice processing, expense tracking, and financial reporting; ensure adherence to company financial policies.
- **Project Management:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects; develop timelines, assign tasks, and track progress to ensure timely completion.
- **Documentation Management:** Maintain and organize files, records, and documents in a secure and easy-to-access manner; ensure all information is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- **Communication Liaison:** Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications; draft and edit communications, and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.
- **HR Administration:** Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and assisting with performance review processes.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency; implement solutions to enhance workplace productivity, while embracing a culture of ongoing learning and development.
- **Additional Responsibilities:** Undertake other administrative duties or special projects as assigned.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Associate degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 4 years of experience in an office management or administrative role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
