Office Management (Administration & Office Support)Here is an opportunity to work within a Private Medical Office, alongside a very knowledgeable healthcare professional with over 30 years of experience in Gynaecology. The patients are at the heart of this practice, and if you are successful in your application, you will have the pleasure of managing a wide range of tasks to drive better outcomes for women all over NZ.You will be required to:Book new and existing patients to established protocols, build rapport, and assist anyone required to complete forms and documents, including medical insurance.Ensure patient information is accurate, maintain appointment schedules and patient records, as well as oversee billing information through your familiarity with XERO systems.Manage patient queries over the phone and ensure timely scheduling of hospital admissions, tests, scans, and further needs for continuity of patient care.Obtain external medical reports as required by other medical professionals and respond to requests for information in a timely manner.Utilize your administrative skills while managing incoming and outgoing post, maintaining stock of forms and service supplies, ensuring a neat reception area, and safeguarding patient privacy and confidentiality.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?Do you have experience in administration?Which of the following accounting packages are you experienced with?Do you have experience using Xero?How many years' experience do you have as an office manager?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?Do you have customer service experience?How many years of accounts payable experience do you have?
