Office Management (Administration & Office Support)Are you an experienced and proactive Office Manager ready to lead operations in a vibrant, fast-paced environment?We're seeking a dynamic professional to ensure our office runs smoothly while delivering exceptional client service and maintaining top-tier health and safety standards.Role OverviewAs the Office Manager, you'll be the central hub of business operations. You'll oversee office efficiency, compliance, and team cohesion while supporting the operational team and ensuring our documentation and client management processes are seamless. This role is perfect for a highly organised leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Key ResponsibilitiesHealth & Safety Compliance: Ensure all health and safety systems, procedures, and audits are up-to-date and compliant with Prequal and SiteWise standards. Keep clients informed of current H&S information.Documentation Management: Maintain and update the company's "How To" manual, reflecting best practices.Support to Accounts Team: Assist the accounts team in streamlining tasks for optimal efficiency.Client Issue Resolution: Handle client concerns promptly, escalating to senior management when needed.Staff Management: Conduct performance reviews, manage weekly work summaries, and foster team engagement.Meeting Facilitation: Lead monthly review meetings in the absence of senior management, focusing on achievements and upcoming goals.Client Feedback Collection: Actively seek client feedback and share positive insights with the team.Office Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day office activities, managing team members including the Evacuation Coordinator and accounts personnel.Ideal CandidateProven experience in office management or a similar management role.Strong knowledge of health and safety compliance highly regarded.Exceptional organisational skills and a knack for prioritising.Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.Proficient in office software and tools.A proactive approach to multitasking and problem-solving.What's On OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.A supportive, dynamic work environment with opportunities for career growth.A collaborative, high-performance team culture where your contributions are valued.If you're a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys leading a team, we'd love to hear from you.
