The role We now have an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and suitably experienced Office Manager to join our team. Based in Edendale, this position is full-time (35-40 hours per week depending on the successful candidate), working Monday to Friday (inclusive). In this busy and interesting role you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office, using your diverse skillset, initiative and attention to detail to provide efficient day-to-day support to our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services. The Office Manager role is varied, with the key areas of responsibility covering general business administration, financial administration, human resources, team leadership and customer service. Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and personal attributes: A tertiary level business administration and/or management qualification or significant office management experience Proficiency in all aspects of general and accounting administration Comprehensive knowledge of information technology systems, including Xero and Microsoft suite Highly numerate with good attention to detail Ability to build strong working relationships with staff, clients and stakeholders to achieve positive business outcomes Highly organised with strong time management skills Experience processing payroll, with a working knowledge of the Holidays Act 2003 requirements Enjoy working in a busy, small team environment Interested?
