Proactively manage multiple calendars. Coordinate travel schedules where required together with expense reconciliation. To ensure timely and accurate information is communicated to the leadership team where required. Continually improve business practices with key staff. Organise meetings, Town Halls, workshops and conferences. Office management liaising with the Leadership Team and vendors/staff when required. Office supply replenishment. Purchase order creation and invoice processing. Participate in special projects where required. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Proven experience as an Office Manager. Excellent written and verbal communication. Works well in a fast-paced environment. Well-developed interpersonal skills with a positive, diplomatic approach. Capacity to manage workflow priorities. Confident self-starter who enjoys problem-solving. Excellent working knowledge and experience of the full MS Office suite. Can always exercise judgement and discretion.
