This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the company's administrative functions.Your role involves:Manage and coordinate the administrative activities of the office, including record-keeping and inventory management.Serve as the main point of contact, handling inquiries and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.Health & Safety management, including site audits.Participate in the development and implementation of the company policies and procedures.Compliance - including Global Gap.Payroll.Perform various clerical duties, such as data entry, report generation, and document control.Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement process improvements.We are looking for a professional with:Minimum 3 years of experience in an office management or administrative role.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organisation.Proficient in the use of office software, including Xero, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of office management best practices and procedures.Full driving licence.Full command of the English language.Join our friendly team and be part of our continued success story.
