This full-time in-house role will be an integral part of our operations, providing valuable administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office and customer service functions.What you'll be doing:Managing accounts and credit controlPayrollEnter hours and stock to the job costingsGeneral invoicingWhat we're looking for:At least 5 years' experience in Office Administration, including at least 1 year doing PayrollStrong organisational and time management skillsMeticulous, high attention to detail and level of accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and office equipmentExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsMust be a team player with a positive and proactive attitudeMust be honest, reliable, self-motivated, shows initiative in solving problems and a keen willingness to learn new thingsIdeally can demonstrate:At least 1 year in a sole charge position carrying out the entire administration function for a businessAt least 6 months' experience in the same or similar industryWhat we offer:Challenging and varied workA collaborative and supportive work environmentAbout us:Hydraulic Systems & Components Ltd has been designing systems and supplying quality hydraulic components and services into the New Zealand hydraulics industry since January 1993 and has grown to become an industry leader in fluid power and committed to holding a large range of hydraulic components sold throughout New Zealand. We operate a specialised service workshop with skilled service technicians.This role is 37.5 hours per week but we would consider less for the right person after a training period is completed.
