Office Manager

Marlborough Kindergarten Association – Blenheim, South Island
Our fabulous Office Manager is leaving us, so we are looking for someone to fill their shoes.
Our ideal applicant will have:
Experience in payroll management as you will be processing a payroll for 50 people
Great IT skills as you will be overseeing our student management system (Infocare)
Experience working with Xero
Strong organizational skills and ability to self-manage workload
Great communication skills and lots of patience
A sense of humour
It would also be a bonus if you have an interest or experience in managing property maintenance.
You will provide support to the staff and whanau across our 8 kindergartens and be a crucial part of the management team.
What we can offer the right person:
We are located in central Blenheim and parking is available on site.
This position is 35 – 40 hours per week, with some flexibility around hours for the right applicant.

Salary between $65K and $75K.
