Office Manager

Mikes Mowers and Chainsaw Services (2021) LTD – Blenheim, South Island This role will support the Owners in ensuring the company is performing to its full capacity by managing the office, including: Processing accounts payable and receivable Managing payroll Conducting stock takes Reconciliations Managing tax returns Providing general IT support Enhancing SOPs Preparing management reports Liaising with suppliers and clients Other various functions No two days will be the same in this role; it will be varied and challenging.
The role will be 30 hours, Monday-Friday.
You will ideally have: MS Office and Xero experience General administration/office management experience A strong eye for detail Analytical problem-solving skills Excellent written English skills Experience in the trade sector would be an advantage but is not a pre-requisite.
Additionally, you will be a forward-thinking team player who communicates well, is energetic, and is a self-starter.
