Constantia Foods is a long established mid -sized Tauranga based company that manufactures a range of retail foods product for itself, as well as manufacturing retail products for other brands. It also supplies food products into NZ food service and Exports products to Japan.
Qualifications & experience
5-10 years experience in an office environment and some as an Office Manager
Must have a good understanding of the complete monthly accounting cycle and all functions.
Must be competent with excel, experience with ERP systems like Accredo a plus
Accuracy with numbers and data is essential
Must be proactive, flexible and a problem solver
Tasks & responsibilities
Control of Stock-takes, Debtors, Creditors and Payroll
Checking material costs and maintaining product costings
Supervision of office admin function
Sales summaries and record keeping
Bank reconciliations
Calculation of sales commissions
Some contact with customers
