Our Office Manager is in many ways the face of our business and as such you need to be able to relate to a wide range of people, especially the elderly and their families. Reporting to the Village Manager you will be a key member of the Leadership Team helping to set the culture and direction of the village.What will your responsibilities be?Provide efficient and timely administration, management support and document control to both the Village and Care CentreSuperb customer service at reception for our customers, the village management team and staffQualifications:Who are we looking for?A customer service superstar with a strong administration background ideally in a sole charge Office Administration roleProven abilities in accounts/financial management, reconciliations, database management and providing administrative support to a management teamAttention to detail, accuracy and time managementSomeone who is able to work on a full-time basis, Monday to FridayAdditional Information:What does Summerset have to offer?Health cover, day off on your birthday and many more benefitsAn extensive, welcoming orientation, including time spent in another villageA friendly and supportive teamWork where no two days are the sameThe ability to develop and build a teamDue to NZ Immigration requirements we are obliged to consider candidates that already have the right to work in NZ for this role first.
