Their innovative approach and commitment to their clients with their sustainable and environmentally friendly product is world-class.About the roleThis is a full-time position where you will be part of a small close-knit team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. In this varied role, you will be responsible for managing orders and ensuring that all customer needs are met in a timely manner while providing support to the Operations Manager and Production Supervisor.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesAnswering phones and emailsUpdating the daily production schedule and ensuring the production board is up to date and accurateEntering new orders into MYOB, ensuring they align with the production schedulesMaintaining all client records and ensuring details are up to date in order to provide continuity and a high level of service throughout the businessAssisting with various tasks for the Production Supervisor and other management staff.Skills RequiredProven administration/office management experienceProficient computer skills and accurate keying abilitiesAbility to follow processes and instructionsAble to work effectively both as part of a team and independentlyExcellent organisational, time management, and multitasking skills - able to be a quick thinkerStrong communication and interpersonal skills with an exceptional phone mannerDemonstrate a strong work ethicBe proactive, energetic, and physically fit - some heavy lifting is requiredExperience in MYOB is preferred but not essentialHow to apply:If this sounds like the perfect role you have been waiting for, then don't delay; click on APPLY NOW!Due to the volume of applications we receive, we can only contact those candidates whose skills and experience closely match those of our client requirements.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?Do you have customer service experience?Do you have experience using MYOB?
