The role:
This is a 12 month FTC position that may have capacity to go permanent. You will essentially be the glue in the team, ensuring all administrative functions in this hard working team are running smoothly and managed efficiently and to time and budget requirements.

You will be across all administrative functions of the business, ensuring seamless communication and supporting all team admin requirements.
Key responsibilities include: Entering information on all orders into the data base via Simpro software Inputting invoices and reconciling monthly statements Scheduling and entering job details for projects, including team scheduling Managing H&S documentation Booking flight and accommodation requirements as and when needed Overseeing company vehicle management Ensuring all business related supplies are stocked such as business cards, folders, pens etc Who you will be:
This is a busy team who are driven and highly focused on their output and weekly tasks, both on and off site. There will be days you are in the office solo, and other days you'll be sharing your space with the whole team. Therefore the ideal person will be someone who is very task focused, and able to ensure that what ever else is going on around you, you're able to get your tasks done efficiently, on time and with the highest attention to detail.
The right personality is someone who knows the information they require to complete their tasks, and owns that responsibility as their own, able to actively seek out the detail required. Therefore you'll need to be someone who works with a high degree of attention to detail, confident and comfortable to pursue the right channels for information.
You will be willing and able to support not only the admin function but the more menial tasks such as keeping the office area tidy, and kitchen stocked, as and when needed. A team player who will wear many hats, happy and able to book a morning tea, highlight and celebrate a birthday, or manage any events that arise.
As your day is your own to complete your tasks, you're welcome to put your music on, or listen to a pod cast. No one is micro managing you here, so the right person is task focused and able to prioritize without needing guidance and daily instruction
from management.
